Over the course of my extensive professional journey, I have cultivated a robust foundation as a Senior-Level IT Support Specialist, demonstrating expertise in customer service and client-centric roles. My ultimate goal is to transition into an adjunct professor position, leveraging my significant background in higher education and information technology to expand my career horizons.
